Job Summary
Digital Project Manager plays a critical role in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across authenticated channels, including online banking, mobile, ABM, and email platforms. This role requires exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills, ensuring the on-time and flawless delivery of high-impact campaigns that drive measurable marketing and business outcomes. The successful candidate will collaborate with marketing, creative, content, analytics, and technology partners to lead multi‑channel campaign execution and ensure compliance with CASL and privacy standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver digital marketing campaigns across email and authenticated platforms.
- Manage timelines, budgets, assets, and deliverables to ensure efficient campaign execution.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, creative, content, analytics, technology) to define requirements and prioritize tasks.
- Partner with analytics teams to track performance and extract actionable insights.
- Monitor compliance with CASL, privacy, and anti‑spam regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending targeting, personalization, and automation optimizations.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
- Prepare post-campaign reports summarizing metrics, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, maintaining clear communication and accountability.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5+ years managing digital or email marketing campaigns within large, matrixed organizations.
- Proficiency with campaign management tools such as Responsys, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Experience Manager.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or Adobe CDP.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills, with an ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience with email platform migrations or digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of omnichannel customer journey optimization.
- Experience with creative or marketing agencies.
- Bilingual in English/French or English/Spanish is an asset.
