Digital Production Specialist
As a Digital Production Specialist, you will collaborate with the Digital Experience Strategy, Design, Copy, and Product teams to successfully build and optimize digital experiences across the PCO site and app using Contentful (CMS). You will work in a fast-paced agile pod, prioritizing insight gathering and discovery by executing numerous online experiments. This role will also provide project management support working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure digital content launches accurately and on time. You will report to the Director of the PCO Digital Experience Strategy team.
Build website and app journeys using the Contentful CMS platform, performing quality assurance checks
Work directly with stakeholders on collecting briefs, supporting materials, tickets and administrative maintenance required for a clear and concise creative kickoff
Own intake and daily prioritization for the Digital Experience pod as well as any Product & Marketing partners as needed
Streamline existing ways of working and identify new processes to drive efficiency and effective collaboration
Support briefing processes, advising on CMS and Design capabilities and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders
Develop documentation around new app & site features, processes and project learnings
Leverage technical acumen to successfully execute A/B tests and online experimentation
Identify and raise bugs of new features with the Product and Tech teams for intake and consideration to increase efficiency
You have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
You are a problem solver at heart – you excel at finding answers and clarification for new assignments.
You are a fast learner. You have a knack for picking up new tools and processes.
You live and breathe digital work and/ or project management and know how to get work done autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, a desire to learn stakeholder personalities and a positive team-oriented mindset are at the core of the way you work.
Strong time management, attention to detail and prioritization skills.
Experience with Contentful is a bonus.
Experience with Project Management methodologies and tools (Jira, CODA, Slack) is a bonus.
