The Opportunity
CAA Atlantic is a non‑for‑profit membership organization that offers roadside assistance, insurance, travel and rewards. Now is an exciting time of growth and transformation for the organization and we are recruiting for a Lead Digital Marketing Technology (9‑month term with possibility of extension) to join our Digital Marketing team. The term position will commence in early January 2026 with an expected end date of September 2026. Term positions are based on continued business need; CAA Atlantic reserves the right to extend or end early any contract position. If your position is terminated prior to the projected end date, CAA Atlantic will provide a minimum 30‑day notice. The role can be based in Saint John, N.B., or Dartmouth, N.S., and offers a hybrid work environment.
Reporting to the Vice President Performance and Insights, the Digital Marketing Technology Lead will draw upon industry best practices and utilize their marketing technology expertise to address digital solution opportunities identified within the organization.
This role requires a combination of strategic vision, project management, and a broad understanding of technologies and business processes. The Lead will collaborate closely with the Marketing Performance & Insights and IT teams as well as other key stakeholders focusing on the management, optimization and evolution of our numerous digital solutions including web, mobile app and customer service AI offerings.

What you’ll do
Responsibilities
- Evaluate requirements and challenges identified by business to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement that could be resolved with people, process or digital solutions for an enhanced digital experience.
- Collaborate with internal business units to design and implement streamlined digital solutions and processes to enhance productivity, agility and service delivery, resulting in the ability to meet roadmap objectives and yield high‑quality results.
- Gather and understand business needs and user requirements to modify existing or identify new solutions from both functional requirements and technical specifications supporting daily operations.
- Prototype and test solutions using various methods and tools to ensure they meet the quality standards and expectations of the organization.
- Document and present the solutions along with features and benefits to the relevant audiences.
- Lead enhancement efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems and/or applications.
- Establish and manage vendor relationships and partnerships to ensure successful ongoing execution of digital solutions.
- Regularly assess and report on the performance of systems, processes and services and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively identify recommendations for continuous improvement across the MarTech stack.
- Implement integrations between the MarTech stack and other external technologies with the support of IT or Transformation teams.
What you’ll need
Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of processes, digital technologies, MarTech stacks and industry best practices.
- Skilled and experienced with project management, change management and stakeholder management.
- Ability to design and implement solutions that are secure, reliable, scalable and performant with the support of IT.
- Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks such as Java, Python, C#, .NET, etc.
- Familiarity with digital MarTech best practices, standards and guidelines for software development and technical solutions.
- Interest and willingness to learn new technologies and continuously develop new skills.
- Knowledge of software engineering principles and best practices such as Agile, DevOps, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Creativity and problem‑solving skills to design solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
- Effective communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization and to communicate complex ideas in relatable terms.
- Experience with cloud services, databases, APIs and Drupal.
- Experience supporting digital marketing teams and support of MarTech stacks; SEO/SEM, social media, Web/CMS, DNS, Email, SMS, 3rd‑party Advertising/DMP, Web Analytics/GA4 tagging and configuration, CDP, etc.
