The Opportunity

The Digital Marketing Specialist provides essential executional support to the Digital Engagement Manager, ensuring the smooth delivery of digital campaigns and marketing operations. This role is highly detail-oriented and responsible for day-to-day coordination with agencies, lead aggregators and vendors. The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in reporting, reconciliations, and optimization support, applying analytical acumen to marketing performance and helping drive efficiency across marketing initiatives. This position requires a hands‑on marketer with strong organizational skills, a data-driven mindset, and a willingness to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage ongoing correspondence with media agencies and vendors to ensure accurate campaign execution, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of marketing spend and lead flow, ensuring accuracy in reporting and alignment with budget allocations.
  • Contribute to content writing projects including ad copy, web copy, email campaigns and blog posts to align with campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of performance scorecards, dashboards, and campaign reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Manage Google Business Profiles across multiple campuses and programs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
  • Monitor website metrics using Google Analytics, heatmaps, and Search Console to improve conversion funnels and identify UX issues.
  • Support A/B testing across channels (email, landing pages, ads) by coordinating setup, tracking results, and documenting learnings.
  • Collaborate with the Web Solutions Developer and external vendors to support website updates, landing page optimization, and SEO best practices.
  • Assist in managing workflows, including campaign setup, data integrity, and monitoring lead flow.
  • Provide administrative support for digital campaign execution, including keyword research, audience segmentation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Build and deploy email campaigns and automated flows, ensuring proper segmentation, testing, and performance tracking.
  • Support special projects and evolving digital initiatives as directed by the Digital Engagement Manager.
What you bring to the position
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in digital marketing, campaign operations, or marketing administration.
  • Two (2) years of experience in content writing with strong attention to detail, grammar, and tone.
  • Comfortable working with external vendors and agencies to ensure accuracy and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Google Business Profiles, Google Ads, and analytics tools with the ability to interpret performance data and generate insights.
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing, reporting, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms is an asset.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
