In the last 10 years, we have experienced tremendous growth and are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence across various platforms.

Must Haves:

• At least 5 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns
• Proven experience with SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Copywriting and blogging experience
• Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Familiarity with WordPress and WP Bakery plugin
• Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Remarketing)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Google Ads and Analytics Certifications
• Facebook Ads Blueprint Certification
• Extensive experience with Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, and Search Console

Nice to Haves:

• Graphics design knowledge
• Experience with WordPress + WP Bakery
• Experience running Facebook ad campaigns via Facebook Ad Manager / Power Editor
• CRM experience (e.g., Infusionsoft, Zoho)
• Understanding of Google Tag Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
• Develop content marketing strategies, including content creation and proofreading
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including copywriting
• Build and maintain a strong social media presence
• Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs
• Implement conversion rate optimization strategies, including UX and landing page testing
• Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing
• Collaborate with the owner to ensure effective execution of marketing plans
