Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (Full-time, In Office)

Location: Collingwood, Ontario

Salary: $50,000/year

Avian Creative is an aviation-focused creative and digital marketing agency working closely with aviation, aerospace, and travel brands across North America and Europe. We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to step into a key client-facing role and help lead strategy execution across social media, advertising, and content.

This role works closely with our clients, internal design team, and content production team to bring smart, effective marketing strategies to life.

The Role

As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing marketing strategies, and ensuring content and campaigns are delivered at a high standard. This is a hands-on role that blends strategy, creative execution, and performance oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing communication, timelines, and deliverables
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand voice
  • Create and publish content including posts, reels, carousels, and stories
  • Plan and manage newsletters, including content planning, copywriting, and scheduling
  • Support the planning, setup, and management of paid ad campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Collaborate closely with the design and content production team to brief, review, and refine creative
  • Edit short-form video content using tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Schedule and manage content using social media scheduling platforms (e.g. HeyOrca, Later, Sprout, etc.)
  • Monitor performance and contribute to reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations
  • Maintain organized workflows and documentation to keep projects moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and audience engagement
  • Hands‑on experience creating and editing short‑form video content
  • Working knowledge of:
    • CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
    • Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, monitoring, basic optimization)
    • Social media scheduling tools
  • Confident communicator who is comfortable working directly with clients
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency environment
Bonus (Not Required)
  • Experience working with aviation, travel, or B2B brands
  • Familiarity with analytics and performance reporting tools
  • Copywriting experience for social, newsletters, or ads
