Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital trends, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns.
  • Support SEO and SEM initiatives to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Advanced understanding of SEO, Google AdWords, Social Media Advertising, etc.
  • Manage and monitor the company’s social media channels (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging content for blogs, emails, and social media.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and CRM management.
  • Assist in maintaining the company website (WordPress knowledge is a plus).
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce creative assets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role (internships count!).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
  • Certification in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics.
