Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital trends, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns.
- Support SEO and SEM initiatives to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
- Advanced understanding of SEO, Google AdWords, Social Media Advertising, etc.
- Manage and monitor the company’s social media channels (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging content for blogs, emails, and social media.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support email marketing campaigns and CRM management.
- Assist in maintaining the company website (WordPress knowledge is a plus).
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce creative assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role (internships count!).
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Certification in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics.
