Therefore, you must be willing to grow, adapt, pivot quickly, and be a self-starter.
Must Haves:
- At least 5 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience leading SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Experience with copywriting and blogging.
- Skills in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with WordPress and WPBakery plugin.
- Proficiency with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Remarketing).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Google Ads and Analytics Certifications.
- Facebook Ads Blueprint Certification.
- Extensive experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Webmaster Tools.
Nice to Haves:
- Graphic design knowledge.
- Experience with WordPress and WPBakery.
- Experience running Facebook ad campaigns using Facebook Ad Manager / Power Editor.
- CRM experience (e.g., Infusionsoft, Zoho).
- Understanding of Google Tag Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Develop content marketing strategies, including content creation, proofreading, and occasional article writing.
- Create email marketing strategies and copy.
- Build and maintain a social media presence.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance against KPIs.
- Implement CRO strategies using UX design, landing pages, A/B testing, marketing automation, and email marketing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in digital marketing.
- Collaborate closely with the owner to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
Compensation:
- $50,000 to $70,000 depending on experience.
- Performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs.
- Eligible for company medical benefits after successful completion of a 90-day probation period.
