The successful candidate will begin by auditing and refining existing digital infrastructure—including campaigns, analytics, and website performance—and then take the lead in aligning digital marketing efforts with leasing and sales goals. Over time, this individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital strategy that fuels the company’s continued growth in a competitive marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the audit, clean-up, and optimization of digital campaigns, analytics, reporting systems, and property listings.
- Develop, manage, and present regular performance reports to management and leasing teams.
- Oversee integrations with external partners and ensure smooth data flow between platforms.
- Allocate and manage the marketing budget to align with leasing targets and property performance objectives.
- Refine and strengthen lead generation strategies and CRM processes to maximize conversion rates and cost efficiency.
- Execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as Rentsync, Rentcafe, ILS, GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Manage Google Ads and other paid media for ROI, lead generation, and conversion growth.
- Drive SEO initiatives to enhance organic search visibility and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Optimize websites and property pages for speed, user experience (UX), and effective lead-to-lease processes.
- Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor activity, and deliver actionable insights to inform marketing and leasing strategies.
- Integrate AI-powered tools for analytics, automation, and personalization to improve campaign efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Partner with leadership to provide data-driven insights on market conditions, consumer behavior, and campaign performance.
- Establish best practices, scalable processes, and mentor talent as the digital marketing function expands.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience in a real estate or property management setting, with proven success in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Skilled in website management, CRM systems, and data-driven reporting.
- Demonstrated expertise in lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Experience in real estate, rentals, hospitality, or other highly competitive industries is an asset.
- Knowledge of web design principles and user experience optimization.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., predictive analytics, automation, personalization engines).
- Successful track record of campaign audits, optimization, and scaling.
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications (preferred).
- High-energy, proactive mindset with the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
