The Position

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven digital marketing professional to lead and optimize member engagement across owned digital channels for our client. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and refining campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging. The successful candidate will drive personalized member experiences, product adoption, and lifecycle growth through channel strategy, automation, segmentation, and performance analysis.

What Youll Do

• Execute data-driven email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
• Build, optimize, and manage personalized customer journeys in Journey Builder.
• Develop and manage dynamic content blocks and templates in Content Builder.
• Lead segmentation and audience data management through Data Extensions.
• Use Automation Studio to schedule sends, refresh data, and support engagement goals.
• Conduct A / B and multivariate testing, applying statistical analysis to optimize results.
• Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and refine strategies.
• Ensure compliance with CASL and privacy laws.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and IT teams.
• Provide detailed reports on email performance and present findings to stakeholders.

Mandatories (must have to qualify)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in email and digital marketing, with a focus on data-driven strategies and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Solid understanding of data hygiene, audience segmentation, and statistical methods for A / B testing.
• Experience creating automated customer journeys and real-time triggered campaigns.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data.
• Knowledge of CASL, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy laws.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Consultant) and knowledge of AMPscript, JavaScript, SQL, JSON, CSS, and HTML considered an asset.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is desired.
• Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP) and CRM integrations is highly desired.
• Experience with SMS and app-based messaging channels is desired.
