This is a hands‑on Digital Marketing role for a growing animal charity based in Greater London. The role is fully remote and offers ownership and visibility across the charity’s digital presence, from website to email to social media.

Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 per annum Location: Greater London (Central London) Job Type: Permanent

Key responsibilities
  • Own all digital channels: website, email, and social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Lead the delivery of a new website build
  • Create and manage content across channels, ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistency
  • Use analytics to optimise performance and inform decision‑making
  • Support communications with donors, partners, corporates and volunteers
  • Work closely with fundraising and senior stakeholders to support income growth
About you
  • Strong digital marketing experience (commercial, tech or charity backgrounds welcome)
  • Confident managing websites, email, and social channels hands‑on
  • Enjoy working with data and analytics to improve performance
  • Comfortable balancing strategy with delivery
  • Can work with sensitivity and responsibility around storytelling and brand trust
  • Don’t need lots of layers of approval and enjoy making decisions

Charity experience is not essential – commercial or subscription‑led backgrounds are very welcome. What matters most is digital capability, judgement and a genuine interest in the mission.
