About Sadie

Sadie is transforming how hotels communicate with guests using AI powered voice technology. Our platform answers inbound calls 24-7, manages bookings, captures upsell opportunities and integrates with major hotel systems across North America and Europe.

About the Role

We are hiring a Digital Content and Campaigns Specialist who will own content creation, lifecycle programs and campaign execution across our hotel vertical. You will report directly to the VP of Sales & Partnerships, and work closely with the Head of Marketing, designer, and external PPC partner. Your work will drive awareness, engagement and pipeline across our hotel segment.

What You Will Do
Content creation and storytelling
  • Write compelling content including case studies, blogs, landing pages, email sequences, event promos, sales collateral and customer stories.
  • Develop vertical specific messaging for hotels and restaurants.
  • Work with our designer to create polished visuals for campaigns and social content.
Lifecycle and campaign execution
  • Build and optimize HubSpot workflows including nurtures, scoring, routing and follow ups.
  • Manage campaign execution for product announcements, webinars and events.
  • Track performance across email, landing pages and mid funnel programs.
Webinars and events
  • Coordinate webinars end to end including landing pages, invites, reminders and follow up.
  • Support event logistics for conferences and tradeshows including prep, booth materials and lead capture.
  • Work closely with Sales on attendee engagement and post event follow up.
Digital support and PPC collaboration
  • Coordinate messaging, creative assets and landing pages with our external PPC specialist.
  • Run A-B tests on landing pages and email.
  • Monitor lead quality and share insights for ongoing optimization.
Market and customer insight
  • Conduct lightweight competitive and customer research to strengthen messaging.
  • Gather feedback from Sales to identify new content opportunities.
What You Bring
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear messaging.
  • Hands on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Comfortable collaborating with a designer to turn content into visuals.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to run multiple campaigns in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with webinars or events is a plus.
  • Bonus familiarity with hospitality tech or SaaS.
