Position Summary

We are looking for savvy, innovative, and analytical students to join our team. Reporting to senior leaders across various business units, you will contribute to strategic initiatives, research, and analysis, product innovation, and marketing or operational planning. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment while supporting key organizational priorities.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Analyzing internal and external data to generate insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Designing and implementing innovative analytical or research solutions.
  • Creating engaging presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting the development and optimization of business strategies, campaigns, or operational initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Learning and growing with a supportive team while contributing to meaningful projects.
What We’re Looking For
  • Currently pursuing an MBA or Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Analytics, Business or related field is preferred.
  • Understanding of financial and statistical modelling.
  • Understanding of basic business concepts (e.g., market sizing, business metrics, customer insights).
  • Familiarity with marketing, product, or strategy principles in a digital, retail or consumer‑facing environment.
  • Ability to extract insights from data and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with and influence senior leadership to develop and act on strategic insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Alteryx is nice to have.
  • Motivated self‑starter with a passion for problem solving, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and able to thrive in a collaborative, agile, and fast‑paced environment.
