Role Description

We are hiring a full time Digital Account Manager to join our on site team in Saint John, NB.

This role is responsible for managing client relationships, leading digital strategy, and ensuring campaigns perform. You will work closely with our Digital Media Buyer, creative team, and Marketing, Project Manager to deliver results while identifying opportunities to grow each account.

You will own client communication, understand business objectives, oversee SEO, paid ads, and website initiatives, and report on performance metrics such as ROI, conversions, and lead quality. You will also support the sales team by helping turn satisfied clients into long term retained partners.

Key Responsibilities
