Job summary

AgeCare Cariboo Place in Williams Lake, BC, is seeking a Dietitian to oversee residents' dietary needs within a holistic care framework. You will collaborate with care teams to deliver nutrition-focused resident care.

Responsibilities include nutrition assessments, developing care plans, diet orders, texture modifications, and education for residents, families, and staff. FTE 0.35 (14 hours weekly) on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from a recognized university program.
• Eligibility for registration, or current registration, with the provincial regulatory body (e.g., College of Dietitians of BC).
• Fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
• Previous clinical nutrition experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Experience working with older adults or in gerontology is considered an asset.

The Opportunity

Wage Levelling Salary: $40.75 - $50.87 per hour

Salary placement based on qualifications and experience.
