Job summary

Saskatchewan Health Authority seeks a Dietitian - Degree to provide medical nutrition therapy at the Southeast Integrated Care Centre in Moosomin. Starting October 26, 2026, you will screen, assess, and develop nutrition care plans for patients and residents in a collaborative, patient-centered setting.

You will work a dayshift, full-time temporary schedule with duties across a multidisciplinary team, reporting to the Manager and maintaining professional standards with regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nutrition
• Dietetic Internship certificate
• Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Dietitians
• Registered/eligible for registration with the Dietitians of Canada (DC)

Responsibilities

• Provide medical nutrition therapy including screening, assessment, developing and implementing nutrition care plans, counseling, and other needed nutrition interventions.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary health care teams to create a patient-centered care environment.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Manager, the Dietitian - Degree provides medical nutrition therapy which includes screening, assessment, developing and implementing evidence-based care plans, counseling, direction on nutrition support, and other needed nutrition interventions for patients/residents/clients. The Dietitian-Degree will work collaboratively as part of multi-disciplinary health care teams to create a patient/resident/client - and family centered environment conducive to the provision of quality care.

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (BSc(Nutr))
