The role includes responding to resident concerns and serving at catering events. Candidates should have previous food service experience, adequate education, and strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications

• Previous food services experience in a retirement or hospitality environment.
• Completion of secondary school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food for serving to residents.
• Ensures resident satisfaction with meal service.
• Responds to resident concerns and takes appropriate action.
• Performs set-up and serving at catering events.
• Communicates effectively with residents and family members.
