Job summary

Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority is seeking a Dietary Aide for the Pine Falls Health Complex. The role involves assisting in the preparation and service of meals to patients, staff, volunteers and other visitors under the direction of the Manager, Support Services and Cook.

The position requires a valid Food Handlers Certificate (within six months), knowledge of therapeutic diets, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Food Handlers Certificate required; must be obtained within six months of employment.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and texture modification.
• Experience in health-care or commercial food service settings.
