Job summary

Levante Living in Brantford, ON is seeking a dining service specialist to support residents during meals and events. You will help with tray presentation, room service, and maintaining dining room standards.

• Perform all aspects of dining service and resident functions such as teas and room service including table/tray presentation.
• Maintain proper dining room setup.
• Monitor checklists to support dining area cleanliness and readiness.
• Create a pleasant dining atmosphere with respect, dignity, and safety for residents.
• Assist in kitchen/dishwashing area as required.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food service procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing all aspects of dining service and resident functions such as teas and room service including table/tray presentation
• Maintaining proper dining room set up
• Monitoring appropriate checklists in support of the dining area, cleanliness, readiness, standard
• Establishes and maintains an atmosphere conductive to pleasant dining by creating an environment which maintains the respect, dignity, and physical safety of each resident
• Assisting in the kitchen/dishwashing area as required
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service
• Performs other duties as assigned.
