Mader Group is seeking mechanically skilled trades professionals for Canadian operations. You will work on OEM surface mining equipment, with relocation support and a travel-friendly roster.

All tooling, PPE and uniforms are provided, plus flights on arrival and accommodation and hire car on arrival. Trade-qualified candidates with 2–3 years post-trade experience and adaptable, safety-driven attitudes are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified with 2–3 years on OEM surface mining equipment.
• Underground experience not required, eager to learn new machines.
• Strong focus on safety, quality workmanship and reliability.

• Trade Qualified – Minimum 2-3 years of post-trade experience on OEM surface mining equipment.
• Underground Experience – None required! Just need to bring a eagerness to learn different machines and maybe even head underground.
• Hydraulics Experience – Easily transferrable skills to underground machines.
• Safety First – Strong focus on safety, quality workmanship and reliability.
