Job summary

DBG Limited in Mississauga is seeking a Setup Operator (Die Change) to support a fast-paced metal stamping environment. You will set up, adjust, and maintain production presses to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.

The role requires 2+ years of press operation and die change/setup experience. Forklift or crane experience is an asset, and you will work a day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You will follow safety and quality procedures at all times while maintaining production records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of press operation experience.
• 2+ years of die change/setup experience.
• Forklift/crane experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down press dies safely and efficiently.
• Operate stamping equipment and maintain production standards.
• Perform start-up checks on machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic press issues and implement basic fixes.
• Maintain quality, scrap, and production records.
• Handle materials using forklifts, cranes, and lift equipment.
• Follow safety and quality procedures at all times.
