Spence Diamonds, a Canadian-founded company, is seeking a Diamond Consultant to guide clients through the Spence Experience and become the product expert for our 2500+ style catalog.

Reporting to the Store Director, you will deliver memorable diamond presentations, nurture lasting client relationships, and pursue ambitious sales targets while earning a base salary with commissions. Availability includes weekdays, weekends, and evenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communicator with respectful verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and optimistic outlook; able to build connections with people.
• Confident and capable, instilling sureness for customers.
• Goal oriented and driven by quotas, revenue, and performance.
• Balance competitive drive with teamwork and integrity.
• Proactive in seeking opportunities and following up with leads.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the Spence Experience and Diamond presentation.
• Own the stage by delivering tailored solutions and educating customers on diamonds.
• Maintain high sales activity and continually practice to meet goals.
• Exceed targets by building a strong book of business and following up with clients.
• Be a product expert for Spence's 2500+ style catalog and stay updated.
