Qualifications
- Two years of recent experience in chronic disease management including diabetes.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities

- Enhance patient self-management of diabetes through education.
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records.
