Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, andmaintainInfrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
  • Automate provisioning, configuration management, and environment setup foron-premiseandcloudenvironments
  • Manage andoptimizeLinux-based systemsacross hybrid infrastructures
  • Develop andmaintaincontainerizedenvironments for scalable application deployment
  • Design, build, andoptimizerobustGitLab CI/CD pipelinesto enable automated testing, deployment, and delivery across hybrid environments
  • Configure, scale, and maintainGitLab Runnersfor high availability, performance, and efficient resourceutilization
  • Automatedeployment, configuration, and updates for servers, services, and applications
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensuresmooth, automated code releases
  • Implement andmaintainobservability and monitoring solutions
  • Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and Runner operations, drivingcontinuous improvement and operational resilience
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability to ensureuptime and resilience
  • Participate inon-call rotationsand contribute toincidentresponseandpostmortems
  • Manage and supportAWS,Azure, or othercloud infrastructure(compute, networking, storage, IAM)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues acrosscompute,storage,network, andOSlayers
  • Collaborate withinfrastructure,application, andsecurityteams to ensure stability, compliance, and best practices
  • Maintain clear andaccuratedocumentationfor infrastructure, pipelines, and operational procedures
  • Promote a culture ofautomation,innovation, andcontinuous improvementwithin the team
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5years ofexperience inDevOpsorInfrastructure Engineeringroles, orrelated roles managing automated, scalable systems in cloud or hybrid environments
  • Hands-onexpertiseinAnsible,or equivalentframeworks
  • Hands-onexpertiseinDockeror equivalent
  • Hands-onexpertisein RKE2,Kubernetesor equivalent
  • ProficiencywithCI/CDtools such asGitLab CIor equivalent
  • Strong background inLinux systems administration
  • Experience implementing andmaintainingmonitoring/observability tools(e.g.,Prometheus,Grafana,Zabbix)
  • Solid understanding ofcloud infrastructure(AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Strong senseofownership,operational awareness, andaccountability
  • Excellentcommunicationanddocumentationabilities
  • Analytical mindset with strongproblem-solvingskills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally acrossdevelopment,infrastructure,security,networkingandlegacy systems
