Job summary

EPAM Canada is hiring a Developer Relations/Technical Training specialist to bridge cloud platforms with our developer community. You will create onboarding journeys, write clear docs, and produce training videos to accelerate adoption of modern DevOps tooling and AI-powered workflows, including GitHub Copilot.

The role emphasizes collaboration with multi-national teams, ongoing learning, and a commitment to helping engineers build faster and smarter.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Technical Training, or Technical Writing with a DevOps/Platform Engineering focus.
• Solid understanding of modern DevOps concepts, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud infrastructure, and version control.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT for development, troubleshooting, or documentation.
• Proven portfolio showcasing technical writing (docs, blogs, guides) and/or technical video creation (screen recordings, tutorials).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset and passion for helping engineers succeed.
• Experience with static site generators, Markdown, or publishing tools is a plus
