Job summary

Altis is seeking a Systems Administrator with strong DevOps and DevSecOps expertise to shape automation, security, and cloud infrastructure across our technology-driven landscape in Toronto. You will define standards, govern DevOps practices, and implement secure SDLC across teams.

You will design resilient CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub automation, and IaC tools, while integrating security tooling like Veracode, Snyk, and SonarQube into automated workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related roles.
• Hands-on in building secure CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Experience applying DevSecOps with SAST/DAST and code-quality tools like Veracode, Snyk, SonarQube, SonarCloud.
• Strong IAM knowledge including CIAM, SSO, OAuth, and OpenID Connect, plus API management.
• Experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code, integrating DevOps across environments.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Bash or Python scripting, and secure deployment practices.
• CRM administration experience or related certifications/assets are a plus.

Your Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience building secure CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub automation, and Terraform, with knowledge of Ansible.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices, including SAST, DAST, secure SDLC, and code quality tools such as Veracode, Snyk, SonarQube, or SonarCloud.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management, CIAM, SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and API management.
• Experience with AWS, Infrastructure as Code, and integrating DevOps practices across engineering and operational environments.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Bash or Python scripting, and secure deployment practices.
• Ability to establish technical standards, document best practices, influence stakeholders, and support governance initiatives. CRM administration experience, relevant certifications, or a related degree are assets.
