Alteo is looking for a DevOps engineer for a contract position. The company is located in the Montreal metropolitan area. Contract duration of 15 to 16 months with the possibility of permanent employment.

As a DevOps engineer, you will be responsible for integrating technologies and implementing solutions to support the infrastructure and development objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Management of an Azure/AWS hybrid cloud
• Management of the deployment of three products (CI/CD)
• Access management (M365)
• Operations management

Profile:

• DEC/BAC in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent
• 5 years of experience as a DevOps
• Proven experience in implementing cloud-based applications and website integration.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS cloud platforms.
• Solid knowledge of DevOps, Container, CI/CD, and Security processes.
• Good knowledge of the following tools: Terraform, BitBucket, Datadog, Grafana, Github, Gira.
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a positive attitude, collaborative leader
• Experience working in small teams such as start-ups or similar fast-paced environments.
