Moment Factory is hiring a Full Stack Developer — AI & Automation Solutions to design, prototype and deliver internal tools powered by generative AI and agentic systems. You will own the full lifecycle from requirements and prototyping to production deployment, monitoring and training, focusing on automating workflows and improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Interaction Design, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years designing and developing applications, tools or digital products.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals for reliable systems.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and rapid prototyping (Vibe Coding, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.).
• Experience with generative AI and agentic systems; familiarity with orchestration tools.
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to balance experimentation with production rigor.

As a Full Stack Developer — AI & Automation Solutions, you will design, prototype and deliver internal tools powered by generative AI and agentic systems. You will own the full development lifecycle from requirements and prototyping to production deployment, monitoring and user training, with a focus on automating repetitive workflows and improving operational efficiency.

• Own the full development cycle: gather needs, prototype, iterate, deploy and monitor internal tools.

• Deliver complete internal applications (UI, business logic, data) with strong attention to user experience.
• Integrate tools with existing studio systems, data sources and pipelines.
• Build shared platforms and components to accelerate other teams.
• Exploit AI-generated code and autonomous agents to accelerate development and automation.
• Design specialized AI agents to automate tasks, critique ideas and detect flaws.
• Automate repetitive workflows to free creative and managerial time.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years designing and developing applications, tools or digital products.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals to build reliable, robust systems and integrate with existing workflows.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and rapid prototyping (mentions include Vibe Coding and engineering tools such as Claude Code, Cowork, Artefacts, GitHub Copilot, LiteLLM, OpenRouter, Gemini CLI).
• Experience with generative AI and agentic systems (LLMs and related solutions).Familiarity with orchestration and integration tools (n8n, GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, MCP) and hosting platforms (Proxmox, Azure, AKS, GCP).
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to balance creative experimentation with operational rigor (error handling, production reliability).
• You will join the Tooling team, focused on designing, prototyping and building custom internal tools to simplify work across departments.
