Overview

Support Worker within Adult Living Group Home Programs focusing on establishing life skills, independence and supporting community integration daily for all our adults.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of Quality Assurance Measures
• Good working knowledge and ability to write Daily Logs using Microsoft Word
• Team Player
• Must be able to lift more than 25 lbs.
• Must be able to support Service Users in their day‑to‑day care by assisting in showering, toileting, meal preparation, and community events
• Must enjoy the outdoors and learning about our community in Stratford
• Must have proof of COVID vaccination
• Must have current CPR and First Aid
• Must be able to provide a Vulnerable Sector Check along with a Police Check
• Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Valid Health Insurance and/or Ontario Health Card
