Job summary

RBC Dominion Securities in Canada is seeking an Investment Advisor to help clients reach their life goals through personalized financial planning and wealth management.

You will build a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners, develop tailored portfolios, and foster long-term relationships within the RBC family, supported by a trusted brand and broad resources.

This full-time role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• You have 4‑6 years of outbound sales experience and are comfortable earning 100% commission.
• You have completed the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE and the Retail Securities Exam (RSE) or will prior to your start date.
• You have a passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management.
• You have strong relationship building skills and an ability to connect with all types of individuals.
