Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior SDET / Software Engineer in Test with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and modern test automation practices to join a large-scale QA Transformation project.
The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering capabilities with hands‑on experience designing and implementing automated testing solutions across end-to-end testing, integration testing, API testing, and microservices environments.
This is not a traditional manual QA role. We are looking for a software engineer focused on quality who can build automation frameworks, develop robust automated tests, troubleshoot complex integrations, and contribute to the transition toward modern Quality Engineering (QE) practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks using Java.
- Develop automated end-to-end, integration, and API tests.
- Build and enhance testing solutions for Spring Boot applications and microservices.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and reusable test components.
- Validate integrations across multiple systems, APIs, and services.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and integration issues.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, QA professionals, and technical teams to improve overall software quality.
- Contribute to the QA-to-QE transformation, introducing modern automation and engineering practices.
- Participate in the development of quality strategies and frameworks for large-scale applications.
