Job Title: Mobile Detailing Technician (Part-Time, Permanent)

Job Description:

As a Detailing Technician at Fig’s Mobile Detailing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers’ vehicles are maintained and presented at their very best. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality is vital in creating a lasting impression. Remember you only get one first impression. An Employee Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement is required to be signed and dated before you begin training and work with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing.
• Clean, polish, and wax vehicle exteriors. (Experience Required)
• Vacuum (always) shampoo, and steam clean vehicle interiors (if required)
• Clean and detail engine compartments. (If necessary or requested by client)
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues, reporting any concerns to management. (Pre-Detailing Inspection is Mandatory)
• Use specialized tools and equipment to ensure precise and thorough detailing.
• Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations for waste disposal.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in customer interactions, providing information about services and answering questions. (Must study all services, prices and offer accurate information)

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Must have a vehicle in strong working condition with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving abstract.
• Well groomed and good aesthetic appearance.
• Must have a smartphone for Scheduling apps and GPS Navigation.
• Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn & work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong COMMUNICATION skills, work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn and great customer service skills, able to build a report with our current and future clients.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment and materials.
