O’Regan’s Perma-Shine is hiring automotive detailers in Canada. No experience? No problem—training, tools, and opportunities are provided to help you grow.

You’ll restore vehicles to showroom condition, perform exterior decontamination, paint correction, interior reconditioning, and apply protective products. A valid driver’s license is required, with strong earning potential via a production-based pay model.

Qualifications

• Eagerness to learn and develop detailing skills.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Paint correction/buffing experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Restore vehicles to showroom-ready condition.
• Perform exterior decontamination and surface maintenance.
• Execute advanced multi-stage paint correction.
• Reconditioning interiors to like-new quality.
• Apply high-end protection products.
