ACX Ridge Meadows is a leading national collision repair organization with operations across Canada. We are seeking a Detailer to clean and detail vehicles for customer delivery, maintaining a clean workspace and supporting the service team with high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Interest in automotive industry and vehicle knowledge is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles is needed.
• Experience with cleaning products and cleaning tools (e.g., power washers) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Detail interior and exterior of vehicles to dealership standards.
• Perform cleaning tasks: vacuuming, deodorizing, washing.
• Apply paint sealant and clean wheels/rims.
• Maintain a clean, organized detail bay and work area.
• Notify supervisors of parts or repairs needed.
• Complete quality control checklist.
• Support service team with safe, efficient detailing.

Your area of focus.

The Detailer is responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles to dealership standards, ensuring both the interior and exterior are in excellent condition for customer delivery. This role supports the service team by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and following safety protocols while providing high-quality service.

What drives your day-to-day?

• Responsible for the detailing of interior and exterior of customer vehicles
• Perform general car detailing activities, including, vacuuming, deodorizing, and washing
• Ensure the exterior of cars are clean and smudge free
• Detailing interiors, wiping dash, vacuuming, and washing floor mats
• Apply paint sealant
• Clean and polish wheels and rims
• Use a variety of hand-held tools to detail the interior and exterior of cars
• Notify supervisor or appropriate technician when you notice parts of car that require repair or replacement
• Complete quality control checklist
• Perform other repair duties as required
• Maintenance of detail bay, carwash bay and your workspace

What are the must-haves…

• High school diploma or GED
• Interest in automotive industry, and knowledgeable about vehicles
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Experience working with cleaning products and cleaning tools including power washers is an asset
• Must be dependable, reliable, possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
• Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time and using power tools and hand-held equipment
• You must be legally authorized to work in Canada
