Job summary

Progressive Auto Sales in Canada is seeking an Automotive Detailer to clean and detail new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring showroom appearance meets brand standards.

Progressive Auto Sales is looking for an Automotive Detailer!

About us:

As an instrumental player on both the sales and service team, the Detailer is responsible for cleaning and detailing new and pre-owned vehicles. The detailer plays an integral role in ensuring the successful delivery of vehicles to customers. The detailer is also responsible for the appearance and cleanliness of all vehicles in the showroom and retail display.

What You’ll Do

• Cleaning, protecting, and preserving vehicle interiors (ie. carpet and upholstery, dash and console, door panels, mirrors, glove compartment) and exteriors (ie. wheels/tires/wheel wells, lower body panels, front grill/bumper).
• Polishing and waxing the vehicle's paint and finish, protecting it from environmental damage.
• Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects and ensure all vehicles are free from dirt, dust, and blemishes.
• Perform thorough inspections to ensure all cleaning and detailing work meets company standards.
• Follow all safety protocols.
• Clean and maintain detailing equipment and ensure a tidy workspace.
• Overall preparation of vehicles for customer delivery.
• Impeccable attention to detail and finish quality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Physically able to handle repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Driver's License

• Compensation: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
