Job summary

Land Rover North Vancouver, part of the Dilawri Group of Companies, seeks a Detailer to prepare and present vehicles to the highest standards. The role works with Service and Sales teams to support deliveries, lot presentation and customer satisfaction.

Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills are essential, with prior automotive detailing experience and customer service exposure offering advantages. Valid driver’s license and Canada work eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Previous training and/or experience in automotive detailing.
• That experience in a customer service–focused environment is an asset

Responsibilities

• Prepare and detail customer vehicles and company demonstration vehicles for delivery and display
• Clean, protect, and preserve vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership quality standards
• Perform quality control checks to ensure vehicles meet presentation and safety expectations
• Coordinate vehicle preparation timelines to support deliveries and service operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and vehicle lot
• Support productivity and efficiency within the detailing department
• Operate vehicles safely in compliance with dealership and regulatory requirements
• Use computer systems as required, including Outlook and dealership software
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Position Overview

Land Rover North Vancouver is looking for a Detailer to join ourteam. This position plays an important role in supporting dealership operationsby ensuring vehicles are prepared, detailed, and presented to the higheststandards.

The Detailer reports to the Service Manager and worksclosely with Sales and Service teams to support vehicle deliveries, lotpresentation, and customer satisfaction. This role contributes directly to thedealership’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and exceptional customerexperience.

The expectedpayfor this position is$20.00-$25.00 per hour.

Qualifications Required

Education & Experience

• Previoustraining and/or experience in automotive detailing
• Experiencein a customer service–focused environment is an asset

Skills & Abilities

• Strongattention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Proventime management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Excellentorganizational and prioritization skills
• Workingknowledge of Microsoft Outlook; familiarity with ADP is an asset
• Abilityto work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment

Licenses & Requirements

• ValidClass 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Legallyentitled to work in Canada
