Job summary

Select People Solutions is recruiting a meticulous Bookkeeper for a Canada-based practice in Lethbridge. You will handle full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple clients, maintain precise financial records, and support year-end accounting processes.

Responsibilities include GST filings, payroll processing with T4s, bank/GL reconciliations, and managing accounts payable/receivable while delivering strong client service. This is a daytime, full-time role with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience preparing year-end working papers.
• Knowledge of GST filings and payroll processing, including T4 preparation.
• Proficiency with accounting software including QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and complete full-cycle bookkeeping tasks.
• Prepare year-end working papers and supporting documentation for accountants.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts.
• Process payroll, prepare T4s, and maintain payroll records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships while providing excellent client service.
