Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated, hands‑on Destruction Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and secure processing and destruction of customer materials at the facility.

What You’ll Do:
  • Process and Secure Materials: Accurately sort, prepare, and destroy all customer materials delivered to the production facility using established procedures and maintaining strict security.
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Safely operate production machinery such as forklift and skid steer.
  • Ensure Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all organizational standards for safety and security, and perform all tasks with the utmost regard for physical safety and material security.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 1+ year of experience in shredding, recycling, warehouse operations, or a similar production environment.
  • Mandatory Certification: Current and valid forklift and skid steer operator certifications.
  • Proven ability to safely operate machinery and perform physical tasks without assistance, including lifting heavy bags and pushing / pulling rolling carts and containers, and working comfortably in a non-climate controlled industrial environment.
