The studio is currently co-developing Halo Infinite, working on projects in the Minecraft universe, supporting the dev team at Bungie on Destiny, supporting development of Fallout 76, and working on original IP. As a Desktop Support Administrator, you’ll be the first line of defense on the Help Desk team! You'll work on a 12-month fixed term contract, based in our Burnaby office. Your role includes ensuring smooth operations and resolving IT issues across our studio at SkyBox Labs. Your role includes working on a variety of technical challenges, from hardware setups to software troubleshooting, directly impacting the productivity and success of our employees and the studio as a whole.

This role requires fully in-studio work, with potential for one remote work day per week, subject to manager approval.
The base salary range is $52,000 - $70,000. The stated pay scale reflects the range that SkyBox Labs reasonably expects to pay for this position. Your base salary will be determined by various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, skills, and experience.
