• Experience with enterprise-wide rollouts of new operating systems.
• Familiar with secure remote access solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent reactive second and/or third level hardware and software support.
• Respond promptly to requests from the Executive team.
• Manage devices with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
