A technology service provider in Canada is seeking a Deskside Technician for a 3-month term with potential extension. The role requires providing onsite and remote support in a fast-paced environment, with key responsibilities including client incident resolution, strong customer service, and teamwork. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, CompTIA A+ certification, and 1-2 years of Deskside experience. Bilingual in French and English is preferred.

The open position we have is a 3-month term to start, with the possibility of an extension.
In this technical position, you will provide onsite and remote support for our clients. You will work in a fast-paced environment, responding to and resolving client incidents and requests with a focus on exceeding our customer’s expectations. You will be constantly learning new technology and be driven to learn and grow in your role every day.
