The Outside Plant Engineering team is a high-performing group of individuals who collectively make TELUS one of the leading telecommunications companies in Canada. The team is responsible for all Legacy Network Facility designs for the TELUS core network and is the gatekeeper of the TELUS Copper and Fiber network within British Columbia.
As a Design Specialist II in Outside Plant Engineering you will work as an integral member of the leadership team. You are passionate about being strategic. You are excited to seek opportunities to streamline, automate and transform our tools and processes. Your creativity and innovative thinking knows no boundaries. Your daily mission will be to facilitate the creation of timely, accurate and cost effective outputs for our partners in the build process, while searching for ways to further enhance and optimize our business with a continuous improvement mindset.
You will leverage your technical knowledge of telecommunications combined with your strategic thinking and planning skills to help shape the future of TELUS’ award - winning network.

Salary Range: $88,000-$132,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%
