Mott MacDonald is undertaking large infrastructure projects across Canada. With this growth, our team will be seeking a Project Design Quality Manager with demonstrated experience implementing and managing design quality on major projects, as well as lead project quality initiatives across some of the region's other infrastructure programs.
This role will provide strategic and operational leadership for project design quality management across transportation, aviation, rail & transit, highways, water, energy, and infrastructure projects. Working closely with project leadership teams, clients, contractors, and delivery partners, you will develop Project Quality Management Plans, be responsible for project team adherence to those plans, represent Mott MacDonald in client‑led project and internal audits, and generally drive a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and right‑first‑time delivery. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations, contractual commitments, and our corporate standards.
Working from one of our Canadian offices, the successful candidate will be responsible for quality compliance throughout the project lifecycle from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and handover.

The expected salary range for this position is from $118,000 - $144,000.
Multiple factors such as qualifications, overall experience, and position responsibilities will be used to determine the successful candidate's actual salary within the expected range.
