Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Designer Project Manager to oversee design development, project coordination, and execution for interior fit-out and renovation projects. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of design, excellent project management skills, and experience in handling commercial or residential design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage design projects from initial concept to final handover.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, budget, and design expectations.
  • Develop detailed design proposals, layouts, and material specifications.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure design intent is achieved.
  • Prepare and review design drawings, 3D visuals, and presentation materials.
  • Manage project timelines, costing, and resources efficiently.
  • Conduct site meetings to ensure work aligns with approved design and schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 -9years of experience in project and design management.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
  • Strong project coordination and client communication skills.
  • Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction detailing.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solver.
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience in commercial, retail, or hospitality projects.
  • Familiar with Singapore’s building codes and BCA submission process.
