In this position you will have the opportunity to:
  • Participate in all activities related to new product development, within planned deadlines and budgets
  • Design and 3D model track systems for agricultural and industrial machinery
  • Actively participate in technical reviews and production workshops
  • Collaborate with the validation team to ensure that your designs perform as well in real life as they do on your screen.
  • Work closely with other departments (quality, production, purchasing, customer service) and sometimes directly with our customers.
  • Develop your autonomy in project management – an asset that will serve you well throughout your career.

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • 1 to 3 years of design experience (your internships count too!)
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling
  • Curiosity, resourcefulness, and creativity in finding solutions
  • The ability to collaborate in a team, even when deadlines are tight
  • A keen interest in mechanics (and if you come from an agricultural background, you get bonus points!)
