Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail experience required.
• Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Availability to work two or more weekend days and at least one weekday or night for part-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated functional team and manage associate workload.
• Coach associates on exceptional performance.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge and customer service.
• Promote and drive sales while maintaining product awareness.
• Review KPI results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure customers receive quick and efficient service.
