Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in design or related field.
• BA, BFA or BS in Design (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Responsibilities

• Support colour palette creation and seasonal colour direction.
• Collaborate with Senior Designers to align concepts with brand identity.
• Enter data and track colour codes across systems (e.g. Flex PLM).
• Contribute to naming colours and coordinating with colour standards provider.
• Assist in art direction assets for product commercialization.
