TalentSphere has partnered with a well-established and award-winning architecture firm in Calgary to find a high-level Designer or Design Architect. This firm is renowned for high-end, unique designs and boasts a diverse portfolio including large-scale developments and boutique projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and First Nations sectors. The firm continues to grow, offering an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team producing award-winning projects and delivering outstanding client service.

THE JOB

This role suits a well-rounded architect or architectural professional comfortable with all project phases, from schematic design to completion. The ideal candidate appreciates great design and has a background demonstrating this. You will contribute throughout all project phases and work on a variety of projects across different sectors, both small and large.

WHAT'S REQUIRED

• Strong technical skills, with experience in mid to large-sized multi-family developments, commercial projects, and other sectors.
• Ability to work independently, managing projects from schematic design through to completion.
• Proficiency in designing details, drawing details, producing full working drawing packages, construction documents, and development permits.
• Excellent Revit skills.
• Registered with the AAA or eligible for registration; at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Candidates with strong design skills but not registered will also be considered if they possess a dynamic skill set.
