Qualifications

• At least 2 years full‑time experience as a technician in a veterinary practice or referral centre.
• Demonstrated experience directing and evaluating the work of others.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures on animals.
• Deliver high quality client service and patient care.
• Book, schedule, and bill appointments.
• Respond to client calls and handle animals.
• Maintain supplies and clinic area.
• Accurately record medical data and billing information.
• Supervise and instruct undergraduate veterinary students.
• Assist with technical tasks in other hospital areas as needed.
