Expected Salary: $88,641 to $132,961

The final base salary offer will be at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of 2-4 direct reports and overseeing activities of up to 200 personnel indirectly
  • Ensuring occupational Health & Safety for all reports
  • Supporting the Project Manager in project performance management by leading planning, execution, and close-out of activities
  • Managing project scope, deliverables, change, costs, schedules, quality, risks, and stakeholder engagement
  • Executing the full project management cycle from initiation to closure
  • Developing strategies, coordinating stakeholders, and implementing performance improvement initiatives
  • Performing project reviews and managing changes to achieve project goals

The ideal candidate has:

  • Post-secondary education in Engineering or Project Management or equivalent experience
  • At least 8 years supporting major projects or operations
  • Proven leadership in complex stakeholder environments
  • Exceptional communication skills and collaborative problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the marine industry or similar complex environments
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance, Planning, Scheduling, Risk, and Project Controls
  • Registration with PMI is an asset
  • Eligibility for Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance
